The NSW and Commonwealth Government's came together through the beginning of the decade to build a brand new Hospital for Tamworth.

The $211 million facility was made possible by co-contribitions of $120 million from the Commonwealth and $91 million from the NSW Government. 

The new facility was built to serve the Tamworth community for years to come with the ability to scale up with the city's population.
