The Nundle Library’s current location of the corner of Jenkins and Innes Streets was made possible by a $170,000 grant from the NSW Government’s Country Libraries Funding program.

The funding took the library out of the existing cramped space, allowing more in the community to access the library’s collection in a comfortable space fitted with lounge seating and space for events.

The extension also allowed the library to open for more hours a week, increasing from 12.5 hours to 39 hours.
