The Gunnedah Bridge is the biggest road infrastructure project the Gunnedah community has ever seen.

The town was a significant pinch-point for the local freight industry, proving to be an inhibitant to the region's producers. 

$61 million of NSW Government funding was provided to make the bridge possible.

The bridge was delivered ahead of schedule, creating around 60 jobs and providing a significant boost to the local economy.
