The Walcha community will soon be better placed to attract more health workers thanks to four new health worker accommodation units to be built on the existing MPS site.

The $350,000 units are part of a new initiative designed to attract health workers to regional communities in the Hunter New England Health District. Walcha is among the first towns to receive units and should expect to see them delivered soon.
